Welcome to Generator, a HubSpot website theme developed by Drive Agency. By accessing and using the Generator theme, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before using the theme.

The Generator theme, including all its components, designs, graphics, and code, is the property of Drive Agency and is protected by intellectual property laws. b. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Generator theme without prior written consent from Drive Agency.

  2. Theme Usage: a. The Generator theme is designed for use with the HubSpot platform and is subject to HubSpot's terms of service and acceptable use policy. b. You may use the Generator theme for your own website, personal or commercial projects. c. You are not allowed to resell, sublicense, or distribute the Generator theme or any of its components without prior written permission from Drive Agency.

  3. Support and Updates: a. Drive Agency provides support for the Generator theme in accordance with the support terms outlined on our website. b. Updates and new versions of the Generator theme may be released periodically, and it is your responsibility to keep your theme up to date.

  4. Limitation of Liability: a. Drive Agency will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Generator theme. b. Drive Agency does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Generator theme.

  5. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of the Generator theme are final. Once the purchase is made, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of the product and to prevent misuse. By purchasing the Generator theme, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Digital Goods: As a digital product, once you access or download the Generator theme, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
  • Functionality and Compatibility: We provide detailed documentation and support to help ensure the theme functions as intended. It is your responsibility to verify the theme’s compatibility with your system and its suitability for your needs before purchase.
  • Customer Support: We offer dedicated customer support to assist with installation, setup, and troubleshooting. If you encounter issues, we are here to help resolve them promptly. However, no refunds will be issued for issues that can be resolved with our support.

Theme Updates and Modifications

a. Generator is regularly improved to fix bugs, enhance features, and maintain compatibility with the HubSpot platform. While we strive to ensure updates are stable and well-tested, Drive Agency is not responsible for any issues, disruptions, or layout changes that may occur on your website after updating the theme.

b. If you (or any third-party developer) have made code customizations to your child theme or added custom scripts, styles, or modules to your HubSpot portal, these changes may conflict with future updates. In such cases, your website may render inconsistently, break, or behave unexpectedly.

c. By using the Generator theme and applying updates, you acknowledge that theme updates are made available as-is, and Drive Agency does not guarantee that your website will remain visually unchanged or free from issues after updating—especially if custom code has been added.

d. It is your responsibility to test theme updates in a staging environment before applying them to a live site.

By using the Generator theme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the Generator theme.
