This template is designed to help visitors self-serve before reaching out to your team. Organize your questions into topic categories using the sections below — each one keeps its category label anchored on the left as visitors scroll through the answers on the right.

Start here for answers to the most common questions. Update this heading and the accordion items on the right to match your first FAQ category.

How do I add my own questions and answers to this template?

Each accordion block is fully editable inside the HubSpot page editor. Click on the accordion module, then add, remove, or reorder individual questions and answers directly in the module settings panel. You can add as many items as you need per category.

How do I organize questions into multiple topic categories?

This template includes two FAQ sections by default — one per topic category. To add a third, duplicate the section in the page editor and update the sticky heading on the left and the accordion items on the right. Each section scrolls independently, keeping its category label anchored in view.

How does the sticky sidebar label work?

The left column uses a sticky scroll module that stays pinned in the viewport as the visitor scrolls through the accordion on the right. This helps visitors keep track of which FAQ category they are reading — especially useful when a category has a long list of questions.

Can I customize each section with different questions?

Yes. Each FAQ section on this template is fully independent. Update the sticky heading to name the category, then replace the accordion items with questions and answers relevant to that topic. Keep questions concise and answers focused — two to four sentences per answer is usually enough to be helpful without overwhelming the reader.
