Navigate to your HubSpot portal and click the gear icon in the top right corner to open Settings. In the left-hand panel, scroll all the way to the bottom and click Blog under the Content section.
This is your central hub for managing all blog configurations. You can have multiple blogs, and this is where you set your blog name, blog header, SEO fields like page title and meta description, and your blog URL (for example, entering /blog will make your blog live at yourdomain.com/blog).
Inside your blog settings, click the Templates tab. Wait a moment for it to load, then scroll down to Blog Listing Template.
The dropdown should already show Generator or your Generator child theme. If it does, you're set. If it shows something else, click Actions → Change Template.
Clicking Change Template opens HubSpot's blog listing template editor with a settings modal. Click Template, then select Use a Different Template.
This opens HubSpot's theme selector. Find the Generator theme (or your Generator child theme) and click it. HubSpot will prompt you to confirm which theme to use — make sure Generator is selected, then click Blog Listing to apply it.
You'll be taken to the blog listing editor where you can customize the page. Editing the blog listing layout is covered in the next lesson.
